"This property is a gem. The heated pool, continuous hot-water, and the fully-equipped kitchen were the most important elements. Also, we found the property super clean.The property managers were very responsive and gracious. Lastly, the property is right north of Canaveral National Seashore which was so much fun to visit. I would definitely re-book this property."

"Really nice condo, everything you need for your stay. TWO Beautiful wrap around balcony decks. We watched a stunning rocket launch from our beach facing balcony one of the nights we were there. Easy access to the beach. Not many people at the pool. They were doing improvements to one of the parking lots while we were there so parking was a little tight but otherwise okay. Noise from improvements was during the day when most people are at the beach so overall not too bad. We would stay here again for sure. Only thing they didn’t have was a working ice maker but we simply got a bag of ice and put it in the ice bucket in the freezer and used that. "

"Condo was nice. Had a full kitchen with a keurig. A closet full of beach supplies. Nicely decorated. AC worked great. The only drawback of the place in my opinion is that we were on the fourth floor so it was a lot of steps to climb multiple times a day. There were elevators but they were a little slow and usually in use so stairs were more convenient. Loved the New Smyrna area. Very casual and chill. Weather was great while we were there. Over 90 degrees the whole time but usually a nice breeze. "
