"I was late getting to room as working at Dorchester, was given room 3. Seemed clean when i walked in. On closer inspection bed and towels were clean, but the room was very dirty. Spoons were dirty, never been washed, skirting was dusty, looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks. I honestly didn’t feel like stopping in the room. It was most probably worst room i have stayed in for years."

"We reserved a private room for 2 people with private shower, toilet, sink. No mention of stairs. Also a kitchen for cooking given dietary concerns. When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here! "Great spot to hang out at or use as a base. There’s some stair climbing (2 flights), so may not be for everyone."
