"Absolutely fabulous, receptionist lovely, cleaners lovely, room was spotless, bed comfy, fast WiFi, nothing to dislike, we are in our 70's and stayed 6 nights, we had 4 previous nights in Travelodge but wished we had stayed the 10 nights there, cannot wait to return, we would highly recommend people to stay there, the lovely girl on reception even took our cases to the room, James in the bar where we signed in was a great guy, loved a bit of banter, thankyou everyone there for such a wonderful...

"Room was generally clean but cold on arrival. I turned on the fan heater but it only blew cold air. I called the hotel and someone quickly came to my room and sorted the heating and it soon warmed up. Given it was Boxing Day I appreciated how efficiently the issue was dealt with."

"Arrived at the accommodation and was not greeted by anyone or given any check in instructions so we couldn’t get into property. Was on the phone to customer service for over an hour with no help, got passed through to vrbo again with no help. Have sent multiple emails complaining with no resolution after almost a week. Demand a full refund for the accommodation we were unable to get into and unable to stay in!!!’"
