"Arrived at the accommodation and was not greeted by anyone or given any check in instructions so we couldn’t get into property. Was on the phone to customer service for over an hour with no help, got passed through to vrbo again with no help. Have sent multiple emails complaining with no resolution after almost a week. Demand a full refund for the accommodation we were unable to get into and unable to stay in!!!’"

"Although the booking had a little mix up the owner/manager was excellent. He acted immediately and resolved the issue. The cleaning staff (I wish I had her name to praise) were very polite and did a great job. Would stay again. "
