"The rooms need updating, there was stains in the ceiling. The tub is outdated, the toilet flushes really slow, the floor was sticky and the second bed was missing pillows on arrival, but when we returned to our room on the second day there were pillows on the bed but our room had not been cleaned, no new towels or anything, so we were confused as to why someone had been in our room"

And the mattress was so thin that I could feel the steel frame. Needles to say I had pressure points from laying on it and a terrible nights sleep. "
