"Street side this was about as safe as any Chicago neighborhood. Parking was 10/10, safe, secure and gated. The 3 flights up was expected, but the strong cat/pet urine odor the entire way up was not. Inside apt also has a very strong pet urine smell. No window covering in bathroom, can’t turn on bedroom light or it blinks, floor vent in kitchen easily moves to reveal gaping hole, heavily stained couch my teen had to sleep on. It was way too small unless a young child was sleeping on it. There...

"Great location for exploring the city. Right on the blue line. Not great for relaxing-fire station across the street, expressway nearby with frequent honking. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from neighbors. No reliable luggage storage. Overall, I definitely recommend it, just don’t stay here if you want something really peaceful and relaxing."

"Great location, convenient to downtown and blue line to airport. Everything necessary in unit, comfortable temperature and full kitchen with unique grocery store nearby."

"The apartment was very cute and the location was close to everything. We could hardly hear any city noises, however, we could not sleep from how loud the upstairs neighbors footsteps were. It sounded like stomping and it went until around 12 at night and even into the early mornings. We could hear them outside in the backyard as well. For the price we had paid and the noise levels we would have gone with a different option. Perhaps a sound machine would be a great add on to help with the noise. "

"This is indeed a cozy 1-bedroom house. It has been remodeled and is very attractive and comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit family in the Wicker Park area."
