"We had a great stay in this beautifully Blue Mountain Beach condo. The space was very clean and comfortable. The community pool and putt-putt area was a a huge hit for the kids. Check in was easy and the condo was easy to find. Thanks for a great vacation."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location where we could easily bike to Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain for meals and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pools and ping pong table in the fitness center. The walk to the beach is long but pleasant because of the shaded boardwalk."

"On arrival, the pantry was locked. we called what we thought were the owners, but it is a property management company, and even their emergency number nobody answers. We received a text back that the pantry was locked and only the owners had access to it. This is a problem if you’ve brought your own food to be able to cook throughout your stay. We also were promised a TV in the master bedroom during earlier communication, and upon arrival, there was no TV in the master bedroom. When we texted the property management team about this, we were told they made a mistake and there was no TV available. They did nothing to try to remedy their broken promise. The following day, we realize that neither Keurig machine, there are two available. One of the wall sockets did not work.We attempted again to call the emergency number to receive some help, but did not receive a text or phone call back. For the record, we never received a phone call during our entire stay regarding any of these concerns. We did receive text messages that they were overloaded and understaffed during spring break, which is not the fault of the renter and goes against the contract that states that assistance will be available at any time. We left an honest review on their property management site. We were not surprised when they subsequeaccused us of damaging a portion of their golf cart, that we did not sit on, and attempted to charge us 500 in damages. The reason for leaving this review is to warn other renters."

"A perfect, peaceful, and much needed Spring Break stay with good friends!!The house was even better than described. It's the first place we've stayed that was over stocked with essentials... What a treat to not have to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry tabs, and trash bags, (even though we brought our own).The kitchen is extra stocked, the beds are cozy with Members Mark and Pottery Barn bedding, and the bath towels are big and thick. The back yard is so cute and fenced in. A great space to enjoy breakfast, dinner or cocktails and not have to worry about your Frenchie's getting out! Even though we didn't use the hot tub, it was a nice option to have. We did venture out on the golf cart one day (because the days were on the chilly side that week), which was fun. The beach chairs were also on the nicer side (not the cheap flimsy ones), as were the beach towels.The location of the house was ideal... An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the Blue Mountain Creamery!Jeff (the host) is great and quick to respond, if needed.We will definitely be back!! "

"Loved this spot, right on the beach with private breach access. Quick walk to a local natural food store that had everything we needed when we weren’t eating out. Great location for what we were looking for…quiet and lowkey. Can’t wait to go back and will stay here again!"
