"Loved recent stay here. The location cant be beat for walking to the beach or quickly going elsewhere in the 30A communities. The paved bike path is also right there. The coffee shop now called Raw and Juicy next door has excellent food and is quite popular. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels, beach towels, blankets, etc. The only negative for us was not paying to attention to one detail. The full kitchen was great but it is shared with another room. The common entry to the two rooms is through the kitchen. Just a little awkward. The property has two main buildings and our room was upstairs in the older building so of course it feels a little dated if use to very modern rooms. Suspect rooms in newer building more modern. The large chairs on front porch were great for sitting out even when raining. We liked the convenience of renting an umbrella and beach chairs set up for use right at the water line on Gulf. The Black Bear Bakery and coffee shop opening at 7 am just up the road was our go to spot. Definitely stay again."

"This home is beautiful and Kathryn is a wonderful, responsive host who is so kind and helpful. We had lots of questions and she always responded promptly and was never frustrated with our many questions. Being right next to the pool was a huge plus and the golf cart made trips to the beach quick and easy. Highly recommend!!"

"This was hands down one of the prettiest and nicest places I've ever stayed in! The home was beautiful, the layout was perfect for our group, and having multiple bathrooms made such a difference. The location was also amazing and made everything so convenient. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this Vrbo again!!"

"We were the very first family to stay in this beautiful, spacious home. While the house has incredible potential for large groups, it was unfortunately listed on VRBO before it was actually completed.For a premium rental costing approximately 5,000 for just two nights, we encountered significant operational issues:Unfinished Pool Amenities: The pool area was the main selling point for our family. While the kids could swim, the fountains, waterfall, jacuzzi jets, and pool lights were completely non-functional.Inoperable Appliances: Neither of the two washing machines worked. Additionally, one of the dishwashers could not open fully because it was installed incorrectly directly in front of the refrigerator.Health & Cleanliness Issues: All provided dishes arrived dirty, requiring eight consecutive dishwasher cycles to clean. More concerningly, the refrigerator water lines were not purged post-installation; the ice was black and the water was cloudy, forcing us to spend our vacation time purging the lines so our children had safe drinking water.Missing Essentials: The kitchen lacked standard essentials, including a coffee pot, cutting boards, and prep knives.The owner has built a stunning property, and once these finishing touches are resolved, it will undoubtedly be a 5-star experience. However, given the premium price we paid for amenities we could not use, the experience fell incredibly short."
