"Great location in Bellevue. Close to shops and restaurants. Bedding was very worn and hotel is not clean. Breakfast is very basic, cereal and bagels."

"The building is old and unkempt. The floor at the reception area was dirty. The chairs around the reception area were stained. The elevator floor was dirty. BADLY needs updating. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was old. The sofa was stained so that we put the extra comforter on it to sit comfortably. The floor in the kitchen was sticky in places. They do have a continental breakfast that was handy. However, a breakfast is not a must for us. The shower and towels were clean. The container for soap, shampoo and conditioner were just about empty. Not being familiar with the area and the Larkspur Landing chain, we chose this because we wanted a suite rather than just a room. We will not choose a Larkspur Landing again."

"1st Room was very dark and lights did not work and overlooked an alley. Was not given the upgraded room I paid for when I booked. They moved me the 2nd day to a new (correct) room. Sink was clogged and would not drain and the toilet would barely flush and ran constantly due to something be lodged in the tank. On top of that there was a $ 59 daily charge for Valet parking with no self parking or street parking available. Was significantly overcharged from what Hotels.com told me was the total price and there are still pending charges that I am not sure about. I have stayed at many AC Marriott Bonvoy properties and this one was by far the worst."
