"New hotel, clean tidy, good breakfast. Lovely staff"

"Ideally located if arriving by car and close to the main area. It was an easy short walk to get to the main square. The rooms are a decent size, nicely presented and clean. The bar area is also well presented and has a nice feel. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of members of staff who were a bit abrupt in my opinion. "Lovely hotel in a great location. Right across the road from the station. Tram stops nearby, short walk in to town. Hotel is pleasant enough and suitable for my needs. Bed was comfortable, shower has good pressure and hot. Breakfast was decent with enough choice. Wouldn't hesitate to go back."

"One of the best beds we have slept in in Europe thus far. We visited Vimy ridge and then found this hotel for the night. We enjoyed a lovely walk through the town of Arass and had fun trying to order our dinner in French at a little restaurant on the local square. The beautiful town square was a great bonus. The room was great - good bed, good pillows and excellent shower. The hotel was well maintained and the service from the front desk staff was excellent. "

We were much too hot. Second the breakfast was only adequate. "It's pretty much an Ibis. The parking garage is very narrow and cramped so I wouldn't advise parking there with a large vehicle. "
