"Very smelly bathroom, weak shower with heating problems, breakfast starts too late, room service only until 8:30 pm, they didn't give me a knife and fork when I asked for them. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work."

Porém, há alguns pontos negativos: Não há serviço de limpeza durante a estadia, então, se você ficar 10 dias, o quarto permanecerá o mesmo durante todo o período. Outro ponto é que não existe nenhum local apropriado para pendurar as roupas de praia, nem mesmo uma arara. Além disso, as tomadas são mal instaladas e acabam dando mau contato. De todo modo, vale destacar que, no check-in, o quarto estava bem limpo."

Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

Ao relatar o problema, o gestor não só se recusou a ressarcir o prejuízo como também demonstrou total descaso e demora em tratar do assunto. O hotel não dispõe de cofre que funcione para guardar objetos de valor, o que aumenta ainda mais a insegurança. O quarto em si é extremamente desconfortável: a cama é dura, o travesseiro é de péssima qualidade e...
