Our room was double booked but we were able to get into another room (they were all the same) with no problems. You cannot beat this studio, especially for the price. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance. "

"The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was spotlessly clean and big. I loved that it had AC and Netflix! It’s in a good location - you honestly don’t even need a car if you plan on staying in the Esperanza area. Overall it was a perfect stay!"

"The property was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and everything was close by (but not walkable). Communication was a little difficult due to language barrier, texting is definitely easier. To find the place, use the address given, NOT how Google maps wants you to go."

"Great location in Las Croabas! Minutes from Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida, Kayak Village, Yunque Rain Forest, Kalizo Restaurant (best in area) etc. Cute, clean, simple, very comfortable mini hotel, Parking right out front. Only issue the address does not come up on Apple Maps. We called and hostess who met us and drove us to hotel. Puerto Rico is truly an Island of Enchantment. ❤ Isla de Encanto 🌊"

"Overall it was a very nice rental. Despite some of the reviews i decided to stay and experience it for myself. It was exactly what i was hoping for and what i needed. There was hot water, clean blankets and we were able to use the kitchen daily to make breakfast. The Villa has open kitchens to the deck but the bedrooms lock with a key that is provided. The views are beautiful and the AC works great. The location is very private but close to Fajardo and Luquillo. The beaches are within driving...
