"Overall we liked the property. The security officer at the property entrance was both concerning and comforting. Concerning that we were in a potentially unsafe and/or high crime area, and comforting that someone was taking precautions. The buildings don't have elevators. When checking in I was informed that the hotel was sold out for the night and if I was unable to find parking, the parking fee would be refunded. I replied that if I was unable to find parking, I would not be able to stay at...

"Our stay was great, and Zach was extremely helpful when we were checking in. Unfortunately, we had an early game and had to leave early and were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast as they did not allow us to pack it to go. That was frustrating as we had paid for it so it should have been available for us to take it with us. "

"If you are scent sensitive this is not the hotel for you. The cleaning supplies used to clean the room are very strong and pungent, the window do not open so there is no way to air out the room, other then leaving the door open. Aside from that the hotel is amazing. The location is great. We ate breakfast in the boat and the food was decent"

"Love this place, we’ve stayed here before when our sister was in the hospital across the street, it was amazing, the only thing that surprised me is that there is no microwave in the room which is a bit of an inconvenience."
