"Hotel and staff were excellent except for three things: bed pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, air con in room barely functioned, it never got cool. Finally the lovely and generous breakfast buffet is slated to run from 7:30 to 10 am. Upon arriving for breakfast just after 9 am, the crew was busily cleaning up the buffet! "The host was wonderful and welcoming. So many helpful tips about what to see, where to go, what not to miss. Don’t forget to avail yourself of his unique pulley system for your luggage. A lot easier than lugging up several flights of a spiral staircase. The gentleman we interacted with (owner) is so proud of his city, his B&B, and his COFFEE! He’s an expert at all three. I’ll miss awakening each morning without the latter. A delightful place and host. "

"The view of Tonnara Di Scopello and the coastline is unbeatable from the sea view rooms, definitely the highlight of our stay. The room was quaint and charming, the staff were also very friendly. Breakfast from the outdoor seating was lovely. Parking tip if driving; there is paid parking closer to the property at Parcheggio Grande Scopello, whereas Google maps sends you to Parcheggio la Ginestra which is much farther away and more expensive - do not park there."

"Wonderful small hotel in an absolute perfect location...right across the street from the ferry terminal to go to the Egadi islands and the bus stop to go to Palermo! Rooms are small but modern and very comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good value for the price. I highly recommend it."

They even had our towels on the bed. There was not room for 2 suitcases. Only one person could be walking around at a time. Very disappointing. And parking was a huge issue. "The biggest issue you may have with this B&B is trying to schedule your arrival, because you will need someone to let you in. (Second place is finding a way to move around Sicily which lets you arrive on time.) However, once you get there, you'll find a perfectly good place to sleep and recover from hiking around Trapani and Erice for hours on end. The room is clean, the bed is better than it has any right to be, and the bathroom beats out at least one supposed three-star hotel. Location is...
