"We stayed for our first family trip, we decided to utilize the pool. Unfortunately there were no towles at the pool, we had to request them twice. We also had to place a request for extra pillows multiple times. It was frustrating because we were traveling with multiple small children. Other than sub-par service things were fine."

"Good for families travelling with kids. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious. Our bedroom was good bit a little outdated. We were travelling with 3 kids, our bedroom had 2 queen size beds and we asked to add a crib and a cot. Can't complain, all of us slept super well! The edge of the carpet near the bathroom was falling apart, with some staples exposed, a bit dangerous for children, we were afraid they would hurt their feet.
