"Rooms are newly renovated which is good. However, food isn’t very good. Staff directing cars for parking are bit rude, they didn’t offer valet service first and had to ask for it, felt bit inappropriate. But overall the room is good!"

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was so spacious and nice, clean and ready by the time we checked in earlier than check in time. The pool was a bit on the cooler side but enjoyable. The hot tub was my favourite place. There is a nice size gym but I didn’t work out lol it was clean. It was sooooooo busy with lots of visitors so that was amazing for the hotel. There wasn’t no more packing in the back of the hotel but parking was available with a 5 min walk which wasn’t too bad. We called for service of more towels and it took less than 5 minutes to arrive. The staff and the hotel is highly recommended. "

"The staff was exceptional at the hotel . I am disabled and they were very helpful and gave us free parking at the front of the hotel . The bellhop upon arriving was so kind and considerate. Would definitely go back in a minute . Room and view were spectacular. Thank you !!"

"I was not happy at this hotel, I made a reservation for 5 people and they gave me a room with only 2 beds and said that 3 people had to sleep on a bed because they didn’t provide a pullout couch. Super uncomfortable. Then our reservation said that it included passes for the water park and they said no that it was separate and we had to pay for admission to the park. The reservation said that it included breakfast, nope, we had to pay for breakfast. Then they put us in a room next to an elevator and we couldn’t sleep at night with the noise from the elevator. They put 4 towels in our room knowing there were 5 of us and they only came to clean our room once during our 4 day stay. Not happy."
