"We had a comfortable room, with private bath, and lovely view of the village. The breakfast in the morning was good, my cappuccino freshly made, the staff were incredibly solicitous, warm and welcoming. We were transported to/from train station upon arrival and departure, which was very helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient, and quite nice being elevated for expansive views. Thank you for the TLC Falken staff!"

"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, spectacular Mountain View from balcony, delicious breakfast and dinner at restaurant The Deck. Conveniently located to town and the train station. If you have mobility issues call the free transport from the train station as property is located up a short hill. We saw lots of people taking advantage of this amenity. Free water, tea, and coffee machines in the lobby."

"Our room had probably one of the most spectacular views that we have ever had in any hotel we have stayed in around the world! We stayed in room 304. The room was large and the balcony was great to hang out on and look at the spectacular view. The breakfast was really good and the coffee is excellent! Also the staff is there to help you with questions or assistance, you might need. The one thing you do need to be aware of is the hotel sits about seven minutes walk from the train station, but the hill is a very steep incline! I would say, if you are unable to walk up five flights of stairs without stopping, you should absolutely consider taking a taxi or making arrangements with the hotel shuttle. Taking your luggage up the hill and down the hill is quite a balancing act. Also, the hotel is very close to a grocery store, which is a great place to pick up snacks to enjoy on your balcony after a long day out and about."
