"Very good value and the breakfast is a bargain. Visiting in a heatwave, it perhaps wasn't ideal to be in one of the south facing bay window rooms with a sea view as it got quite hot, but any other time of year would be fine. The shower was a little on the small side but worked fine."

It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate. Good prices, excellent communication, on-street parking and short stroll to the beach. "

"It’s the middle of summer and no fan is provided. I asked and they never responded. They saw my message on WA but chose to ignore me. Then when I called because their lock box was broken they answered the phone straight away. This property is LOUD. Friday night people walking by talking loudly and the adjacent busy road is also very loud. The stairs are STEEP. Not great for young children but we made it work. "We arrived Monday for three night stay. The Superior Room with Sea View was exactly as shown, light with balcony overlooking the sea. Well worth the money spent. Breakfast was spot on with lots of choice. Mary who looked after the rooms was very engaging, friendly and kind. She also helped rescue a seagull fledgling stuck on the balcony. Very good service in large bar/eating area. Thank you very much, looking forward to returning for another stay."
