"First time booking holiday inn on hotels.com rather than holiday inn app, I thought our room was not as nice as my precious stay's. Also the room was missing the tv remote but I did not tell reception until morning when checking out as we arrived so late at night. The staff did apologise and are all friendly. "

"Stayed for 1 night with my husband. Hotel very central. Room lovely as is bathroom. Bed very comfortable and TV fantastic. Liked the late (noon) check out. Seating area downstairs was really nice for getting a coffee and people watching. Also appreciated the reduction on our parking fee. I would stay again."

"Well positioned, close to car parking. Modern, clean, quiet and excellent staffing at all times. Good traditional breakfast too. Rooms comfortable and modern 👍👍"

"The street entrance by Glasgow Central Station is rather tatty and misleading, however, when you take the lift to the top floor of the building which is where the actual hotel is located it is amazing. Bright, clean and welcoming, with a sitting room with refreshments courtesy of the hotel to welcome you. "

"The staff were friendly. It had everything you need and want. The location is fabulous and absolutely the best place to stay in proximity to everything you want to see. Lots of food and beverage options right outsides. Unlimited tea and coffee. Just great. "

"Stay was fine here. Hotel could do with a lick of paint and some modernising of the furniture. Positives: shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Plenty of carparking. Negatives: bit dated. Breakfast was ok, buffet style so not amazing. It's a bit of a way out from anything, we caught the train into Glasgow town centre, about 15 minute walk to station. All in all, stay wasn't bad. It was OK. "

"Staff were so welcoming on arrival, hotel was hard to find at first as postcode took us to police station. But was sign posted from further round, free car park too, room was so nice and clean and room service were fast in bring us 2 extra pillows. Could do with a better shower door as water got onto floor. But I'll defo stay again"

"The breakfast area didn’t seem to flow well. Eg the milk was a distance away from where you made your tea. The juice was poor, it was like coloured water. The bacon was delicious and the eggs were good. I didn’t try the sausages. The toast seemed to toast on one side only and I had to “guess” what way to put it back in to toast the other side. Wouldn’t put us off coming again, just an observation. "
