Man hat sich damals gut vorstellen können, dass Mel Gibson während der Dreharbeiten zur „Passion Christi“ hier gewohnt hat. Aber Matera hat sich verändert. Unzählige Privatzimmer und B&B‘s sind entstanden und man kann sich bei dieser Auswahl heute kaum noch vorstellen, dass sich jemand mehr als nur eine Nacht...

Un forte abbraccio al responsabile del ricevimento al sig. Giuseppe molto gentile. ( la spiaggia secondo me non si dovrebbe pagare )"
