"Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. The room was spacious with pleasant decor, air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed . Although I didn't partake breakfast was available at an extra cost."

"We were warmly welcomed by Max. He also arranged for our taxi pickup to train upon departure. Hotel is well maintained and very clean, comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. We will certainly stay again when returning to Elche. "

"Our stay was good to very good ,just be aware they charge 98€ for parking for 2 weeks! The BIG problem is the bar. During the day time you have to form a cue to purchase drinks, this maybe ok for most but being dissabled i had to sit the bar. I was totaly ignored and got no better service from the reception staff. 1 good point though goes to the EXCELLENT Christian as he had no problem and apologised profusely because the femail staff would not even accommodate me."

"Although the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, work didn’t start until 08;00 when we up and about so didn’t affect us or the communal areas. The pool looks lovely (we didn’t use it as it was a very short stop over) and we saw the attendant cleaning it. The entertainment was excellent, bar service, prices and excellent menu to suit all tastes and good portion sizes. Lots of options for breakfast with the best bacon barm I’ve ever had and super table service too. Then the bakery...

"Staff were brilliant and helpful, rooms were basic but clean, unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed as it was out of season but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one. "

"The hotel is in such a beautiful location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and the sea view balcony offers amazing views, definitely get the sea view for the extra few pounds it is so worth it! Breakfast is excellent. Staff are amazing apart from one man with grey top knot on reception who was a little rude on a few occasions. Did not spoil it but could do with more customer services training! Rooms are thin and you can hear through the walls easily but it would not...

"No idea how this has a 3 star rating - run down dirty hotel tried to give us a room that had not been cleaned so changed it. We booked for 5 of us - 2 rooms but room was twin and double had to pay extra for extra bed. Would never recommend you stay with children more like hotel/ rent room by the hour if you know what I mean we were only there 1 night as visiting friends in area but got everyone up extra early next morning to get out. "Hi I checked in to this hotel but I did not lift the window shutter till later on in the day . I was shocked to see that I was living on a garage forecourt ! So I could not use the balcony or have the curtains open as people that were filling their cars with petrol could see ands practically walk into my room as it was on the ground floor it was Awful ! No staff at reception so u went for dinner and when I returned there was still no staff . I was tired so went to bed and left after breakfast...
