The air condition was already set to heating only despite being in early October and the room was boiling. TV needs binoculars to be able to watch anything - no larger than a laptop! The seemingly paired down staff were very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. We chose Le Onde for the location (near the hot springs, towns, lake bolsena), and because it had a restaurant (there are currently restrictions on evening dining).
