"Beautiful hotel, in a safe neighborhood, close to top restaurants and bars and not far from the Vatican. Far enough from the tourist crowds with easy bus, taxi, metro access to all the tourist sites. Delicious, plentiful, breakfast full of variety. My wife loved the cappuccino and omelet bar. Rooftop breakfast and nighttime bar with a hidden platform for massive panoramic shots of all of Rome!"

"The reason to stay here is it is a short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Borghese Gardens, Pantheon. Want to see Trevi when it is not crowded? Walk over before breakfast. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Spagna stop on the Metropolitana. There is a taxi stand nearby and cross town bus routes. Hotel Homs is basic; no frills, small rooms, old building. But I did not come to Rome to stay in the room, it is convenient to everything in central Rome. Comfortable. Nice breakfast. Would happily stay here again. I threw my three coins in the fountain and I am definitely planning to return. "
