"Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet was man braucht. Es stehen 3 Terrassen und ein Kinderbereich zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Die Familie ist super nett, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und als eine Kleinigkeit fehlte wurde dies sofort erledigt- super, besser geht's nicht. Das tolle ist, das fast nur einheimische dort Urlaub machen und nur an den Wochenenden richtig was los ist-Erholung pur. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub."

"Two beautiful apartments that were gorgeously decorated and a joy to stay in.One has a large kitchen and open-plan dining and lounge with fold-out bed which was excellent quality. Two seperate bathrooms and a single bedroom. Plenty of room.The other was a large open-plan bedroom with lounge, dining area , small fridge and coffee machine with spacious en-suite.Air-conditioning was excellent in both during a hot summer stay.Location is great with so many good restaurants within a short walk.Our one negative was the apartment is advertised as having a washing machine (which we really needed) and it did not have one. Nor was there one available in the town which made our stay a little difficult, trying to was clothes in the shower.But if you don't need a washing machine, the apartment and location is perfect. Highly recommended."

"We had the best time at this villa. If you are looking to get a true Italian experience in a fun little village with lots to do, this is the perfect place. The listing honestly undersells how spectacular the views are. We hung out on the veranda a lot just because it was so beautiful. We used the pool almost every day and it was clean and nice. You can drive to the train station in about 23 minutes and then ride the train into Rome very easily. We cooked in the kitchen quite a bit and it had most everything we needed, but there are many great restaurants in town also, and the prices are very reasonable for everything. Our favorite spot was Il Caratello. The villa is up the mountain a little ways, but it’s only about a 4 minute drive into town. I would not recommend staying here without a car as the walk down into town is probably 15-20 minutes and walking back up is very steep. The rooms have air conditioning and we were very comfortable. Our host Tess was also wonderful and so helpful and responsive to us when we had questions. We went down to the beach a few days and rented kayaks and paddle boats and the kids had a great time. We also used the sauna and hot tub quite a bit. The villa itself is very rustic and charming. Can’t say enough good things- we made great memories and had such a lovely time. Hope to come back someday!"
