The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were big with ample space for suitcases. The bathroom had a heated towel rack and the room had automatic blinds that would close off the light at night. The hotel itself was quiet and staff was helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast options were extensive from house made pastries, quiche , eggs, fruit , salad, cereal and multiple beverage options. The hotel also has a restaurant in the lobby which is convenient and had. Plenty of daily events. Finally the hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport which was convenient

If you're OK with walking, this is the perfect location to stay in Rome. It's far enough away from the Vatican & Colosseum that you get some semblance of peace and quiet during the evenings. The Vatican and Trevi fountain are about a 5 mile round trip walk that has plenty of sites to see in between. The hotel is clean, room was excellent, the morning breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked with many different items. Hotel staff was polite and attentive. I most certainly recommend Albergo Etico Roma to anyone spending time in Rome.

Amazing Stay in Rome

We had an absolutely amazing time. Close enough to most of the things that you to do, but far enough away to be peaceful and serene. The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay perfect. I feel you will have a hard time finding a better hotel and location combination.

This is a beautiful property, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the breakfast is definitely worth it with plenty of variety each morning. The walk to the city centre is something to consider, but one nice perk is that the hotel is close to the river, which makes for a lovely atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again.
