Everyone at the hotel were so nice and welcoming. The staff were amazing. They were accommodating with my dad helping him warm up his own food due to his health conditions. If I return in the future I will come back to this hotel.

Staff was most excellent and helpful as we had a nightmare with Lufthansa. Ate dinner and buffet breakfast both were very good. Walike back from Coliseum about 40 minutes. Woul not heatate to rebook.

This is a beautiful property, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the breakfast is definitely worth it with plenty of variety each morning. The walk to the city centre is something to consider, but one nice perk is that the hotel is close to the river, which makes for a lovely atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again.
