"I had a lovely stay at the B&B. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the location could not be better. Right next to the Redwood forest and walking distance or a short Uber away from the city center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and chats with Vivien and I would pick this B&B again if I come back to Rotorua."

"My first experience of a motel and I was pleasantly surprised! Super friendly host, nice rooms (we booked one with a natural hot tub) and good location. The property is older but clearly well-loved. Cleaning was pretty good - some areas missed like the under side of taps but I am notoriously fussy. The host/ owner couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful and we felt right at home. I’m very glad we chose to stay here. Thank you!"

"Lovely place to stay with our extended family. Abit odd to open the main door into the bedroom but otherwise very spacious, comfy beds, clean utencils for cooking. They upgraded us for free to a bigger unit so both of our rooms be next together ! So very lovely ! Oh and the jest spa in the bath was veryyy good ! Overall lovely clean place. Totally recommended "

"We had 3 adjacent cabins for an adult family trip. All cabins were spotless and comfortable. The shared kitchen facility was useful for cooking smelly food away from the cabin (bacon) and the bbq was efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was stunning and we had several dips in the lake. We will definitely book again in a future trip. "

"Centrally located so great for getting around. Friendly and helpful staff, helpful about providing bus information etc. Luggage storage in a locked room. Lots of kitchens and lounges. I had a private room with ensuite which was fine, a bit basic but everything I needed. Only thing I didn't like was that the bed linen was very pilly which was a bit uncomfortable."
