"This place was beautiful. I would have given it 5 stars, but I wish I would’ve known prior to booking that you had to strip the beds and take out the trash. Definitely would’ve been helpful information. "

"I can’t say enough amazing things about this property. My husband and I stayed here with our two small dogs and had the best time. We loved that it overlooked the beach. The breakfast every morning was the best home cooked meal I’ve had in a long time. My mom recently passed away and I haven’t had a home cooked meal since so this healed something inside me! Thank you Ann and Kim, we can’t wait to come back and stay again!! "

"The fitness center had Peloton exercise bikes, which was very nice but, unless you brought your own click-in bicycling shoes you couldn’t use them. Very frustrating for people who love to cycle to stay fit. Otherwise the hotel was more than adequate in every way. "

"Pros- Great location to the beach and Cape Canaveral. Condo is in slightly above average condition. Owner provides basic essentials for cooking and cleaning. Which is a plus. (The pictures of the condo look better online than the facility does in person.) It's a decent rented beach condo. Cons- -The property did have a slight mold smell. Family had allergy flare ups -The community pool is small for the size of the community. "

"One day, rentals will provide a recliner. Until then, this is the best. A beautifully positioned property with every unit facing the ocean. It was cold and cloudy (what's up with Florida weather?) for almost all of our stay. The comforts of this property sure helped as did the courteous and friendly staff."

"The property is in the middle of the small downtown area; you can walk to shops, restaurants and bars. We were able to park across the street from property at no cost. The hotel room was quiet and clean and large enough for two. We really enjoy the rooftop bar and restaurant. The view is great."
