The room was clean, but we did have problems with sugar ants in the sink (when we arrived before any food was present) Also the refrigerator was cold when we got there, but apparently stopped working sometime during the night as it was not cold in the morning, and neither were our drinks. This place is very walkable and close to all St Augustine has to offer. A/C window unit made an awful freight train noise for about 15 minutes when turned on. It was on the heat setting at the time. There was no shampoo in the shampoo holder. The room was clean and a good size.

This is a very serviceable hotel with a great location and a great staff. Rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold (really important in FLA) and you're just across the highway from several dozen places to eat in Viera.
