Its not really possible to swim by the cottage. there's a fair bit of boat traffic and the water is shallow with a lot of rocks and obstacles. You have to swim off the dock. I also messaged several times with various questions before our trip with no response. And when we arrived the internet wasn't working and they didn't get it fixed until the second day. "Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room. "We were met with a beautiful cabin! It was nice and toasty and very clean. We also ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of every staff member there! They also had a great playlist of as soon as we entered the restaurant! We would highly recommend this resort!"

"My husband and I rented the Cedar cottage for Thanksgiving weekend! It was great! The cottage is spacious, comfortable & completely sanatized. We had a beautiful view of the lake and enjoyed kayaking & sitting by the water enjoying the autumn colours! We loved having a BBQ, outdoor firepit & an indoor fireplace. It was a true "cottage" experience. We hope to return again!"
