"Hotel is older, rooms are good size for being in New York city. Good customer service but no daily room service. Good sausage but hash brown don't feel fresh and crunchy. Love the big selection for breakfast though. Roof top patio is not inviting and well kept. Carpet looks old"

"Stay was excellent. Upon check-in it was discovered that someone with the same name from Germany was staying there also. His info was on my receipt. Apparently he booked through the hotel and I booked through Hotels.com. Elena at the front desk swiftly took care of the issue and everything worked out fine. I would stay here again"

"I loved everything about this hotel we missed breakfast but I'm pretty sure that it was just as good as the hotel was, the rooms were big never expected that, the covers were nice and fresh you could smell the clean walking through the hallway, and the elevators I have never been in a glass one it was scarey and fun at the same time Loved everything about this hotel will go back "
