Night Hotel Broadway

8/10 Good
"Second time staying here. Nice location very close to Subway. Hotel is by no means the plaza but good for the price. Rooms are large and have private bathrooms. Air conditioning and TV are nice and work well. It never did find the ice maker even though there was an ice bucket in my room. Could not call front desk because the phones were not working. Small coffee maker available in the room. Would be nice to have a small fridge and or microwave. Fine stay will likely say again. Walkable to helpful stores like Duane reade. On street parking available."

"Great staff, arrived super early at 8 am and was checked into a room right away. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside is the wait for elevators, but the staff moves quickly when a line starts to form."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was nice. It’s not super new, but one of the nicer hotels in the area. They do provide a $35 bar restaurant credit per day per room so that was a pleasant surprise and we did enjoy that."

Arthouse Hotel New York City

"Fabulous location! The room was a good size, nicely arranged, had a keurig, a tea kettle and a mini fridge. the sheets and towels seemed fine but i found human hair on one of the towel areas in the bathroom, and toe nail clippings on the carpet next to the bed. YUCK. Management immediately gave me another room. This one was better, but had debris in the shower, and hair in the shower drain. Overall, staff were very responsive. Great hotel, worth the price, but they need to step up cleanliness. The things I saw made me question sanitizing procedures and left me not trusting the overall hygienic condition of the rooms Great bakery and coffee in the lobby, Nice seating area in lobby for working or hanging out. The in-house airport car service was excellent."
