"An exceptionally busy and well established hotel in Times Square. It moved like a well oiled machine, the staff were exceptional and our room was perfect for our needs with very comfortable beds. If you want to be in the middle of NYC hustle and bustle, I would recommend. "

"Too crowded. Couldn’t even get breakfast. Place was packed. Elevator was slow and packed as well. Room was very cramped. If I were overweight I would have had to squeeze past the bed and wall mounted tv "

"The location is wonderful and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We did notice a few small things that were a bit of an inconvenience, no mini-fridge upon arrival, in-room safe was not operating, no side table between the two chairs in the room. All in all, though it was a great stay and we would come back."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The bed was more comfortable than my own and the view from my room was amazing. I did not realize there was a local usage tax of $40 per night for stays in Manhattan, but Sheraton made up for that with $35 a night voucher for their restaurant. The salmon, gnocchi were both excellent and the wait staff so nice. They remembered my order from previous day. The location can not be beat. I will return! "
