My first time staying at the San Carlos and would highly recommend it. I will stay again on future trips to NYC. Clean, quiet, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, great location, good gym facilities...really exceptional in all these areas that matter to me.

Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and the location offers great dining choices and the subway is at your doorstep. Room was quiet and size was adequate despite being in Manhattan.

We stayed here for a weekend away in NY. The location is perfect minutes walk from time square. A lovely new modern vibe hotel. The customer service was amazing. We actually left something in our hotel room and the team organised for it to be shipped to us. Will definitely stay again

Great little hotel near UN. The staff were very helpful in storing luggage and transferring to my room before check-in and also storing after check-out. The rooms facing out to the street are a bit loud but it is New York after all... Highly recommend the hotel.
