"Rugs are tired It is clean furniture is tired but clean Wall paper was older and pealing in some edges. Good cleat tub, coffee maker was handy."

"The hotel was very nice, but once you got into the elevator and went up to the floor, it was not very clean. The door to the room, barely shut. It didn’t look very clean, and there was shampoo packets from the people who previously stayed there that were not properly cleaned. It kind of seemed like they did some patchwork to make it look renovated, but honestly, the rooms looked like it was a pretty messy job. I would probably stay somewhere else next time. I did love the location though."

"The staff were extremely friendly and the vouchers we got were really nice for the coffee shop downstairs. The rooms were really nice and the shower was amazing. Location was really good and walkable to a lot of restaurants and also really close to Central Park. Would recommend the swan if you’re looking to stay on Broadway. We didn’t plan this, but it’s proximity to the 1 2 and 3 subway lines was also really nice."

"Worth every penny! This place is amazing and especially in the city. It’s a quiet refuge after the hustle of the city all day. Very spacious- kids downstairs and parents and grandparents upstairs. It was well-stocked with the essentials like toilet paper and dish soap plus, unexpected items like coffee, water bottles, laundry detergent, and shampoo! There is a washer/dryer combo machine that’s wonderful. Put your clothes in to wash before bed and voila they are washed and dried when you wake up. You could come with one set of clothes and be all set. The kitchen is adequate for what most people will do for meals. Plenty of pots and pans and 2 oven ready casseroles. The beds were comfortable, and each room had its own heater/air conditioner so you can set the space to your preference; we slept well. The bathrooms are top notch with plenty of room and very nice finishes. The entire place was cleaned very well- I am a clean freak and I was very comfortable. It was lovely to be greeted as we arrived and each day thereafter; I was not expecting to be so looked after. Grocery stores, coffee shops, subway, restaurants, Central Park, and a movie theatre are very nearby. The neighborhood is charming, clean, and safe morning and night. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back the next time I’m in the city."
