"I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel! Towels, bathroom and floors were all disgusting! We paid extra for a hair dryer and even had to ask for one but never got it!! No face cloths until we asked and towels were so dirty they looked like they hadn't been washed! I never took my shoes off the whole time!! "
