"We made a reservation through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, we could not stay. We still haven't received a refund to date.lb or restoration of key points used. During the room inspection, we discovered pubic hairs on the bed, indicating someone had been trimming. The bathroom was dirty and poorly cleaned. We spoke with AP Patel, the Night manager of the Choice Hotel, who informed us that they had no cleaning staff and no other rooms available. We have supporting photos. AP Patel provided us with a printed confirmation number for the refund from Choice Hotel and canceled our booking for the one night. When we called Hotels.com, they said they couldn't assist us until morning. I called in the morning. the Hotels.com agent assumed we booked and stayed. I am still waiting for my refund and the restoration of my used Key points. Hotels.com, itinerary number ending in 5220. Choice hotels, cancelation number ending in 2050."

"Everything was nice. The staff was awesome and very nice. Everytime I saw a staff member they greeted us. The room was clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Other than that the stay was great and the hotel was nice. I'll definately stay again, plus it was close to everything."

"Ice room and laundry was immaculate. Faulty lighting in our room. Staff went above and beyond with being helpful. Appreciated the cereal and toast for breakfast but would have liked to see fruit offered. Danish case looked like Little Debi's from the grocery store. But all in all, we were comfortable and had a great time!"

"My main issue with this property was the use or AI generated images to make the property seem nicer than it was. The staff were helpful when needed. But my room wasn’t the best. Didn’t expect much but stuff like my extractor fan didn’t work properly, just made a really loud noise when turned on which was annoying. My TV remote didn’t work either, had the wrong brand remote in the room (don’t know how that could happen). It was a “clean” room but it didn’t feel like it honestly. But you get what you pay for I guess"

"This was a great family trip. There is a lot to do with kids. The decor is very unique and historic. The pool areas are nice. It has a more unique feel than other water park hotels. The buildings and grounds are pretty. There are a lot of games and areas to explore. The mini golf course is cute. There was a more wholesome, family friendly atmosphere than other water parks."

"Hotel is overpriced for its overall cleanliness and appearance. Room was decent but clearly aged and in worn condition. Breakfast was nothing like the pictures online with only a small offering of food. Staff was accessible and helpful during the day. Staff was not visible or accessible in the evening."
