It was my second time staying there and the hotel left me a thank you note with a split of port wine to welcome me back. What a wonderful gesture. "Clean room, great shower after long day of touring. Courteous + helpful front desk staff. ( Hugo, Felipe,Daniel + few others). Nice touch of having a Fado performance at restaurant on Tues nite.Enjoyed balcony view of decorated streets + buildings. Only negative was elevator out of service for one day + had to walk up + down 4 flights several times."

The staff truly made our stay exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful in making dinner reservations for us at some fantastic local restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight of each morning. The quality and presentation were consistently excellent. Overall, Esqina Cosmopolitan Lodge exceeded our expectations.
