"The staff were friendly and helpful from moment we arrived,the hotel is very clean ,rooms are little small ,but can fit 3 ,would deffo go back to this hotel,also drink was priced ok,a lot of activities,only issue i had was people putting towels on pool chairs .food was top class,probably the best i had in salou ,and i have been visiting for 18 years.overall 10 from 10 ."

"Part of a longer trip. Had booked a night at the hotel full board. Great value for money. Wish stayed longer. Sea is accessible from the hotel gate, nice and clean beach. Would note that you get charged for drinks/water at lunch and dinner. No poolside towel hire Available and you are not allowed to take room towels to the pool or beach. "

"Our room was not really clean correctly, hairs was still left in the shower tray when we book in, one day when we got back from a trip our door was not locked, the cleaner did not lock it after cleaning...the room was really basic with outdated furniture, air conditioner works great, but room was tiny for 3 people.. We did not go in the swimming pool has it can be crowded very quitly because of its size. Staff was pleaseant and helpful, i did left some tips for the restaurant staff as they seem to work very hard..foods were average while the foods choice was acceptable..will i come back there?..No."

"Very helpful staff, lovely rooms with balcony & big bathroom. Small fridge in room kept drinks very cold. Both pools were very nice. Small cafe bar in hotel square served snacks & drinks, quite expensive but as is the whole of Portaventura. Short walk in to Salou from the hotel for supermarket & bars. Very large selection for breakfast. We found the general atmosphere of the hotel very good & easy access to pop in & out of the park. Only downside is the hotel is a bit of a maze! Cant wait to visit again"
