"Service was amazing from check in to check out. Staff were so courteous helpful and just an absolute delight. We were so touched by their kindness and really made our stay truly amazing in every way. We eloped to Chicago and staying at the Royal Sonesta was the perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend especially since the rooms are much larger than other hotels."

"Very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed 5 nights with my family while participating in the Old Town Art Fair. Full breakfast each day was good. Red line metro access is within a half block. Direct bus to Old Town (15 min ride) is around the block.Jewel Osco grocery store is across the street on Ohio & State. Lots of restaurants within a block. Area was safe for city. Have to have a room key to access the elevators to access room levels. Parking is valet only and is $79. Suggest booking parking at the 33 Ontario Garage that is right next to the hotel- $14 day parking, $33 overnight. The garage uses Park Chirp app. "

"Hotel Felix was a smaller hotel but didn’t feel like one. Our room was small, but it was affordable, walkable to everything, the staff was kind, and there was free coffee and fruit every morning. Would return!"
