I never received a response. Fortunately the taxi stand rep contacted them for me -after quite a while - and arranged transportation to the hotel."

"Wonderful hotel! We had a flight delay and got in late. Roberto was happy to greet us when we arrived. The hotel is adorable and clean. We loved the rooftop terrace for city views both morning and to have a beverage at night to see the city lights. The staff was friendly ans great communication before and durning our stay. "
