"An amazing place. Vietnam, and Mercure, have built an Instagram playground and look to be continuing to expand this fantasy world on the top of Bana Hills. The cable car itself was a fantastic experience. Once arriving, above the clouds, the hotel staff helped us settle in to our room and orient ourselves. Don’t miss the pool. No supermarket."

"We got an upgraded room by paying extra check in as we arrived a bit early. Room was absolutely gorgeous on 15th floor. Massive balcony and waking distance to the beach. Happy hours in the evening at the rooftop was just so gorgeous in the evening. Excellent buffet breakfast as well. Love it "

"Great Location - easy to get into the Old Town and a short walk down the beach to An Bang. We had an apartment which was fine, except that there was no cutlery and nothing to cook with if one was thinking of doing meals. The breakfast was very average but adequate. Access to the beach was simple, but there was very limited shade provided on the beach. Overall it's not a bad place to stay and while I probably won't stay again, I wouldn't dismiss it as an option if you get a good price."

Walking distance to a restaurant called Diner 66 that has western options (mashed potatoes and gravy!). The beach walk is beautiful as well. We rented scooters through the hotel so it was simple to arrange plus they helped arrange transportation to the airport and then from Hanoi airport to Ha Long. I am glad we...

"Beautiful hotel not far from town center, but not walkable due to the high temperatures in Da Nang. Visited during reunification holidays so quite busy and a bit noisy in the evenings, but quiet at night. Fantastic view from my suite. Hotel staff very polite, courteous, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended "
