"We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the receptionist upgraded us to a newly refurbished room on the 11th floor. The room was amazing! We were also given vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar. The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent stay , really memorable, comfy, very family friendly , location and staff are great - only things that could be improved were quality of some cooked breakfast items , decor around bath tub and air con (bit difficult to control) but overall absolutely fantastic and probably best hotel in area by far , even versus Radisson. "This Novotel has a nice homely feel the moment you walk in with the restaurant, bar and seating areas. Checking was fast and efficient and the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Jus a trio of minor points: the shower gave only a trickle of water (reported at reception and I'm sure they'll fix it), the hotel is noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours of the day causing noise around the clock (but that's to be expected at an airport hotel; I just wish they'd made soft close doors), and finally, the grilled tomatoes at the breakfast buffet were incredibly over-salted (but the rest of the buffet was very good and well presented). Would I stay again? Absolutely, but next time, first thing I'll do is ask for a room on the 6th floor and check the shower :D"
