"Staff were incredible. You will know what I mean when you get there. I can’t even begin to explain the amazing and cool personalities there. Hotel was above a busy club so I imagine weekends might be hard to sleep. Coffees were excellent. Beds were cozy. Showers were hot. What more could we ask for?!"

"It is close to the train station. About 7 minutes walk. The frontdesk staff was very helpful. Although one of the hotel restaurant staff/waitress when we dine around 8:30 PM was not accommodating. Very limited nearby dining options. The sauna is a plus. "

"This is what you expect at a Hyatt Hotel. And that is a good thing. I recommend the breakfast in the hotel as it's probably cheaper than any nearby airport place and it's pretty good. I would stay here again."

"The staff was very helpful. Their English is very good. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board on request. Also loanes us an electrical adapter, note- swiss plugs look like German outlets but much thinner prongs. Concierge helped us purchase train tickets. Breakfast was very good with many choices. If you dont see it ask...and leave your room key on the table if you get up, so they know you're returning. Street car is a block away. Lots of stores on Banhoff Strasse. I would stay again."

"Very modern hotel with all the expected facilities. Breakfast is good but expensive- booking the night before will save you 5CHF per person. The room was good but not exceptional but met all our requirements. The hotel is located an easy 15 minute tram ride from the centre of Zurich (No 2 tram). Overall a comfortable three night stay."
