"We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Princes Point Villa! The location is perfect for an Isle of Skye road trip. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen. "This was our favourite property in our 3 week visit to Ireland and Scotland. It wasn’t the fanciest but the property felt homey with some added extras that made it just perfect! Our host Joan Anne was exceptionally kind, very helpful, quick with suggestions, and a fantastic cook. Our bed was comfy, bedding luxurious, all amenities were lovely."

"Very quiet. beautiful views. The pods were a bit too small but otherwise loved our stay. Great restaurant and bar. Don’t try and bring outside food into the bar to eat with their drinks. (This was frowned upon). But there was an awesome food truck just up the road (Pizza in the Skye) and we couldn’t resist… They moved us to the “lounge”, which was right next to the bar. Extensive whisky to be enjoyed at their bar. "

"Loved Portree and this hotel. Our only suggestion would be to book dining reservations in advance. We BARELY got in for dinner after trying 5-6 restaurants as a walk-up. And this was early in the season (3rd week of April). The brunch at the hotel is great, but I'd also book that early if you want an early start out on the trails."

"This was a last minute booking and was well worth the 8 hour drive to get to Armadale. Cottage was fantastic and felt immediately cosy and homely. The area is spectacularly beautiful- we will be coming back!"

"The location is beautiful, the home modern and the host is so friendly (not to mention the chillest dog Brody who is just a handsome lad). There’s lovely little bar and restaurant a couple minutes up the road where you can grab dinner. Note - this part of the island is really away from it all which makes it wonderful. "They provide washer machine but not the dryer. One of the bathrooms is inside the queen bed room has very heavy smells. Needs to have more ventilation. "

"Comfortable and cozy B&B style small hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Updated room and bathroom. Hotel is located in a beautiful and remote area. My only complaint was that it was about an hour or so drive to hiking and tourist sites."
