"One night was not good, other guests were loud and disruptive and knocked on the door at 3:20am. Obviously not the hotels fault but made for a poor night's sleep! The second night was great, no disruption and very comfortable. The shower needed a little bit of temperature adjustment whilst using but nothing too bad. There was a sweater in the wardrobe so not sure how thorough rooms are checked but everything was good. Happy to see paper cups for the coffee and tea as a hotel I used to work at...

"Comfortable and clean room - we had a treble room which is basically a suite with whirlpool bath & kitchenette. Plenty of space in the room. As with most hotels wardrobe & storage space is limited for longer stays. We were there for a week. The restaurant and bar staff were exceptional even when the bar area was crowded. "Honestly, the only "bad" thing that comes to mind is perhaps a few more options for breakfast, though I understand the space was limited. Other than that, I commend the staff first and foremost for their flexibility and kindness."

"This hotel is in an old building and they are doing a fabulous job resurrecting a has been in an area where there are few hotels. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river. I am not sure how much noisier it will be once the trams start running on the new tracks. The breakfast was amazing! "
