"great location, clean and tidy but needs some TLC, reception staff were wonderful, breakfast staff were very attentive, bar staff rude, staff rose garden outside were disinterested with no service skill. breakfast were a good selection and great quality, day menu in the garden was dreadfuil, over priced and poor standard. Room layout and size was perfect, air con was not cool enough at some point it was very warm in the night. Breakfast was perfect and lots of great options. Enjoyed the cocktails. "Elevator was down and had requested a pick up of my luggage and no one came- then attempted to contact multiple different ways and could not reach anyone. Room was great, breakfast was delicious. Down elevator/ hard to contact was frustrating. "

"A very long wait to check on but otherwise service was good. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom wirh nice toileteries. We didnt eat in the hotel so cant xomment on the restaurant. Very god for an overnight stay where a comforatable bed was rhe main priority."
