"This hotel is excellent. It lived up to its reputation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only regret was not having a mini fridge in our room. It’s not real close to a metro line if you are lugging suitcases but it wasn’t too bad. The restaurants aren’t real close for walking either. But this hotel has spacious rooms and very nice staff. "

"Lovely old building in the main square, with the entrance on the other side of the block. Undergoing renovations, so parts of the hotel were nice and fresh, but other parts were covered up. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. It's worth getting a room with a view over the square."

Easy check in, polite , loads of secure parking, the pool offered a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind whilst my wife went to the huge shopping centre across the road.The hotel was nice and quiet even though it was a stones throw from the main road, you wouldn't know it was there. "Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning! Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre."
