The staff are willing to go above and beyond to ensure your stay on the island is amazing. They really make you feel at home. The room was the most beautiful one we’ve ever stayed in. "We loved this place as a family! The spa experience was incredible. The only thing disappointing was the noisy doors in the middle of the night. Some guests were very inconsiderate and just keeps shutting it off so loud. You can hear guests from the hallways. It’s a big building but looks like doors are thin enough that you can hear every single noise at night. "
