"We stayed at The Hotel Patio Santiago for almost a week, and we very much enjoyed the experience! It was easy to check into, had a modern room (with a great shower) which was cleaned DAILY, a great breakfast included and helpful staff throughout! The only thing I can think of to improve the rooms is... Maybe a mini fridge? But that was not a huge deal to us! "

"Loved this location! While it was bothersome driving to from the juriquilla end since there’s no left turn available. It was a lovely hotel. Everyone was super nice! Check in was fast and easy. My room was super clean snd the bed was so comfy! Cleaning service was very nice and thoughtful "

"The property is very nice, clean, and with activities for everyone. Something that I did not like, is that I asked authorization to hold a small business meeting at the bar (it was completly empty) that involved a liquor tasting; we were going to consume food for the pairing. The bar captain told me that I needed to pay for a corkage fee. We held the meeting in my room. The bar lost the food ticket and it would had looked alive for the duration of the meeting, forty five minutes. Not very...

"This is an incredible, elegant, historic mansion! We enjoyed our stay here. The architecture is wonderful and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, but the staff will take care of your luggage. After all, this was built in the 1700s! Our room was was spacious and elegant. The location in the Centro Histórico is very good and within walking distance of the main sites. The restaurant serves delicious Mexican food and a fine pianist provides live music."
