"Checked in with my partner, asked if we were booked together and then informed apologetically that they’d put us in a double room. This was indeed correct and exactly as we had booked, not the best welcome and I would have expected any confusion to have been approached more considerately. Room was very nice and also clean, surprised to find only 2 towels provided in the bathroom, no hand towels or to put on the floor. Weather was hot and appreciated a fan was provided although it didn’t do much to help."

"The front door was broken, the curtains were hanging off in places, the kitchen windows couldn't be opened and the handle broken, the couches were grubby, the outdoor space in the back was unmaintained, grubby covered in weeds, old cigarette butts and had a random door in it, the outdoor front area was grubby and unkempt, long grass not suitable for kids to play. The pool in the hotel is a walkable distance but you have to play to enter €5/child, €12/adult which was not stated when booking. 2 bathrooms both with shelves broken from the mirror, guests nextdoor were shouting and fighting for hours- when I contacted the property at midnight nothing was done and then property manager rang me twice at 4am!! Not worth the money which is a shame as the beach and location is beautiful. Also the welcome booklet with guest information was all torn and shabby. Very disappointing."
