"The room is lovely i like it due to being sumpe i found it spacious although one child moaning about the room being small for him... on sweet is lovely we had towels kettle tv free wifi microwave, needed a brush and dust pan."

"Very convenient in town position, secure building with key code entrance from the street then stairs to the 1st floor entrance area with decking seating area. Entry key code for room key. Small kitchen area with tea & coffee but unfortunately no kettle! Very pleasant bedroom with TV comfie bed plenty of draws & wardrobe. Shared shower room very well designed. All very clean and well presented."

"It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. Would stay here again without hesitation."
